| After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps: |
| Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your confirmation e-mail. |
| Bring your valid photo ID (Passport and US Driver License) with your voucher to box office. |
| Exchange with your show ticket at the box office. |

Exchange your voucher for activity:
Tickets are held at the theater box office under your last name as displayed on voucher(s). Voucher(s) and photo identification must be presented to the box office prior to entry to the theater. You should arrive 15 to 35 minutes (for Las Vegas shows, at least 1 hour) prior to the beginning of the performance. Everyone entering the theater must have a ticket

1. Your musical (Broadway, Off-Broadway, Las Vegas) advance tickets are non-refundable and cancellation, changing the show time, and a later use is not allowed.
2. Once purchased, a partial cancellation, changing the date / time / seating grade /the seating position for your musical (Broadway, Off-Broadway, Las Vegas) advance tickets is not allowed. (The whole reservation must be canceled and re-purchased.)
3. For discount tickets for non-musicals, tickets are non-refundable and cancellation, changing the show time and a later use is not allowed.
